This article will guide you through the process of setting up a FAQs section directly on your brandโ€™s tracking page using Rush. This feature allows customers to find answers to frequently asked questions without needing to contact customer support, enhancing their experience and reducing support inquiries.

Step-by-Step Guide โ€‹

To configure the FAQ section on the custom tracking page, follow these steps:

  1. Select Apps from the navigation sidebar on the left.
  2. From the list of installed apps, select the Rush app.
  3. Select Tracking Page from the left navigation sidebar.
  4. If you have the Modern theme set up, click the Customize button and locate the FAQ section. If using a different theme, follow these steps:
    • Tick the Enable FAQ section box.
    • Two options will appear:
      • Link: Enter the URL to the external page where your FAQs are hosted. Customers will be redirected to this link for FAQ information.
      • Content: Set up your own FAQ section with questions and answers directly on the custom tracking page using Rush. This option eliminates the need for an external FAQ page.

Confirmation โ€‹

After completing the setup, the FAQ section will be visible on your custom tracking page.
