Granting Access to Klaviyo โ€‹

This article will guide you on how Klaviyo account admins can grant access to their Klaviyo account to a Rush Customer Support Agent to set up Rush order and shipping flows. This is important when Rush Customer Support needs to configure all shipping flows according to the storeโ€™s needs.

Step-by-Step Guide โ€‹

Follow the steps below to grant access to Klaviyo:

  1. Login to Klaviyo.

  2. On your account information (bottom left), click the up and down arrow icon and click on Settings.

  3. Under Account, click on Users.

  4. Click on the Add New User button, and a new window will pop up.

  5. Type the email marketing-support@rush.app and choose Manager for the User role. The Customer Support Agent needs this permission; otherwise, they will not be able to create and edit Rush shipping flows.

  6. Once the user is added, we will receive an email from Klaviyo with a link to set up an account. After setting up the account, we will be able to access your flows and work on them!
