Rush enhances the shopping experience by allowing store customers to see a visual representation of their current shipment status. This feature includes a shipping timeline on the order page to provide clear and actionable information about the shipment's progress.

Step-by-Step Guide

To display the shipping timeline on the order page, follow these steps:

1. Access the Rush App

   • Click on Apps in the navigation sidebar on the left side of your Shopify admin interface.
   • Select Rush from the list of installed apps.

2. Configure Notifications

   • Click on Notifications in the navigation sidebar within the Rush app.

3. Enable Shipping Tracking Events

   • Locate the option for Send shipping tracking events to Shopify.
   • Click on the Activate button to enable this feature.

WARNING

• Note: Activating shipping tracking events to Shopify will also enable Out for Delivery and Delivered emails. If you prefer to turn off these notifications, please refer to the article Turn Off Shopify Shipping Notifications.

Confirmation
