Overview โ€‹

This guide outlines how Rush event triggers work and integrate with third-party apps such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, and Rush Smart Email. These triggers provide timely updates about order and shipment statuses and enable businesses to offer additional features like product recommendations, special discounts, and useful tips based on each stage of the order or delivery process.

Rush Events โ€‹

As of 2023, Rush has expanded its triggers and updated supported notification channels and apps. The older Rush trigger system will still apply for app events unless explicitly mentioned. Current triggers are compatible with Yotpo SMS & Emails, Shopify Native Emails, and more integrations are expected soon.

All advanced events will be triggered only if your billing plan is on the Advanced or Enterprise tiers.

Legacy Rush Triggers โ€‹

WARNING

Migration from legacy to new triggers is ongoing. The older Rush trigger system remains in use for certain apps like Omnisend, Klaviyo, and Rush Transactional Emails.
