This article will help store owners and merchants add a review button inside their Klaviyo emails if theyโ€™re using Stamped.io or Okendo. This way, customers who receive their emails via Klaviyo will have the option to directly access the product review link and easily leave a review.

Prerequisites โ€‹

Make sure you have enabled the product review links on the tracking page and selected your review app provider.

Step-by-Step Guide โ€‹

Follow the steps below to add a review button in Klaviyo:

  1. Login to your Klaviyo account.

  2. Click on Flows from the navigation sidebar on the left.

  3. Open the flow in which the product review button needs to be added.

  4. Create a new button block from the menu on the left.

  5. To add the review button:

    • Provide the text to be displayed on the button.

    • Specify the following text in the Link URL field:

    • Alternatively, use a loop to list all products within the order and add a product review link.
