Junip Reviews Integration with Rush โ€‹

Overview โ€‹

The focus of this article is to integrate Junip with Rush. Junip is a review collecting app that gathers customer feedback on highly visited pages. Its design is optimized for smartphone screens, making it easier for customers to submit complete reviews. This integration allows merchants and store owners to display reviews on their tracking pages through Rush.

Prerequisites โ€‹

Before starting the integration process with Junip, ensure that your Shopify fulfillment integration is marked as Active. You can go to the article Send Shipping Tracking Events to Shopify and follow the steps there.

Step-by-Step Guide โ€‹

This guide is divided into two sections:

A. Select Junip as Your Review App โ€‹

To select Junip as your review app within Rush:

  1. Open the Rush app.
  2. Click on Add-Ons from the navigation sidebar on the left.
  3. In the Product Reviews section, click Configure.
  4. The Product Reviews page will open.
  5. Click on Enable to activate the product review links.
  6. From the Review App dropdown, choose Junip.
  7. Save the changes. A confirmation message will pop up.

B. Configure Settings Within the Junip System โ€‹

To configure settings within Junip:

  1. Open your Junip account.
  2. Click on Messages.
  3. Select Flows.
  4. In the Automations section, click on the Edit button next to Post-purchase review request.
  5. Click on the pencil icon to edit the TRIGGER.
  6. Choose Order delivered as the Trigger event.
  7. Click on Save to confirm it.
  8. Click on the pencil icon to edit the CONDITIONS.
  9. Choose how many days after delivery you want to send the review request email.
  10. Use the ACTION tab to preview, delete, and/or edit the email template.
  11. Click Turn on to activate this flow.
  12. Youโ€™ll see a confirmation message for activating the flow. Click on Enable.

Confirmation โ€‹

Thatโ€™s all. Youโ€™ve integrated Rush with Junip. Now, whenever your order status is marked as Delivered, your review request email will be sent automatically to the customer.

Post Requisite โ€‹

When this integration is active and your order status is updated to Out for Delivery or Delivered, Shopify will also send email notifications to your customers, resulting in multiple emails with the same message.
