Overview
This article will guide how Yotpo SMS & Email account admins can grant access to their Yotpo SMS & Email account to Rush Customer Support Agent to set Rush order and shipping flows. This is important when Rush Customer support needs to set all shipping flows according to the store’s needs.
You need to be on a Yotpo SMS & Email Premium Plan to add a Teammate. If you are not, we will need you to give us permission using Providing Access to Shopify Store to Rush Team Member
or ask our support to send you a request. So we can build the flows through your account.

Step-by-step guide
Follow the steps given below to grant access to Yotpo SMS & Email:
- Login to Yotpo SMS & Email.
- Click on your Profile (top right).
- From the Pop up menu, click on Account Settings.
- A new window will pop up. Click on Teammates.
- Click on Add Teammates
- Type Rush Support for Full Name. Add marketing-support@rush.app as an Email Address and click on Send Invite
- Once the User is added, we will receive an email from the Yotpo SMS & Email support team with a link to set up an account. After we make an account, we will be able to access your flows and work on them!

That’s it! Rush will now access Yotpo SMS & Email to help set up flows.
