In order for our Rush team to be able to customize your Omnisend flows, we are going to need an access to your account. Please follow the next steps:
1. To add a new user to your account, click into the account dropdown in the upper right of your screen and select Account management.
2. After that you have to click on Users.
3. Simply click on the button “Add User” and а new window will pop up.
4. You have to type the email of the user: [email protected] and choose а position. In order to have the access we need, please choose the Admin position.
5. Once you add [email protected] as your new user, we will receive an notification. We will be able to connect your account to us and start building your flows as drafts
