Multilingual Tracking Page

Overview

This article will focus on the multilingual tracking page feature made available by Rush for its customers. This feature allows customers from different regions to select their language to be displayed on the tracking page and view the tracking information in the language of their choice, making it easier to understand.

How Rush picks the language in the tracking page

To understand how it works, read on.

Once a customer lands on a brand’s tracking page, the following happens:

  • If the tracking page doesn’t have the multilanguage option, it will select the primary language
  • If the tracking page has the multilanguage option, it will select the language previously selected by the customer
  • If the customer has visited the page for the first time or did not pick any language earlier, it will pick the primary language configured for the tracking page.

Note

To learn more about tracking page language configurations, refer to the Set Languages on Tracking Page article.

Missing languages

If you want to add your language to the list or modify the existing language, refer to the Add a new language article.
